2. Eligibility:
   

   This promotion is open exclusively to churches and ministries. To participate, individuals must:

   • Be a representative of a church or ministry and authorized to act on its behalf.

   • Be a legal resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding Quebec).

   • Have reached the age of majority in their state or province of residence at the time of entry.

   • Ensure that only one representative per church or ministry participates in the promotion.

   This promotion is not open to for-profit businesses or organizations.

   Employees, officers, and directors of Kingdom Inc., as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child, and their respective spouses) and individuals residing in the same household, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. How To Enter

   To enter, complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:

   Visit Kingdom Web Services website via the provided link on the advertisement.

   Submit your email address, name and phone number and any additional information on the entry form to sign up for the Kingdom Web Services newsletter.

   Each valid submission will count as one (1) entry into the daily drawing. Limit one (1) entry per organization/church per week during the Promotion Period. Kingdom Web Services reserves the right to reject entries that are incomplete, mechanically reproduced, or otherwise non-compliant with these Official Rules.

   All entries become the property of Kingdom Web Services and will not be acknowledged or returned. Data rates may apply if entering through a mobile device. Check with your service provider for details.

4. Promotion Period and Weekly Drawings:

   This is an ongoing Promotion, with a weekly giveaway (the “Weekly Prize”) during the Promotion Period. Each weekly Promotion Period begins at 12:00 a.m. EST on Sunday and ends at 12:00 a.m. EST on Sunday of the next week.

   A random drawing will be conducted at the end of each daily Promotion Period to select one (1) winner from all eligible entries received that day. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

   Winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. Kingdom Web Services will announce each winner by email every Tuesday of the week after the drawing week.

5. Prizes:

   Each weekly winner will receive a free design and setup of a new website. Please note that the monthly website service fee is not included and will be billed separately.

   Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash. Kingdom Web Services reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

   Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or costs associated with the receipt and use of the prize.

6. One-Year Commitment
   
   By entering and winning the giveaway, you agree to partner with Kingdom for a minimum of 12 months for website management services. This ensures we can provide continued support and updates to keep your site running smoothly.

7. Winner Verification

   Winners will be required to respond to the email notification within three (3) days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize. Kingdom Web Services reserves the right to verify winners’ eligibility before awarding any prize.

8. Privacy Policy

   By entering this Promotion, you consent to the collection and use of your email address by Kingdom Web Services for purposes of administering the Promotion and sending marketing communications. Your information will be handled in accordance with Kingdom Web Services Privacy Policy.

9. General Conditions

    This Promotion is governed by the laws of the state in which Kingdom Web Services is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

    Participation in this Promotion is subject to and governed by these Official Rules. By entering or participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Kingdom Web Service’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

    Kingdom Web Services reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Official Rules or are inconsistent with its image, reputation, or policies. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
