Paid Services and Fees
Some Services require payment. Subscription fees renew automatically unless canceled.
9.1 Fees – Paid Services continue until canceled. You can cancel at any time by contacting us.
9.2 Taxes – You are responsible for applicable taxes.
9.3 Subscription Renewals – We automatically charge the payment method on file unless you cancel.
9.4 Refunds – Refunds are at our discretion.
9.5 Fee Changes – We may update fees with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
9.6 Chargebacks – If you dispute a charge, we may terminate your account.
9.7 Payment Processor – Payments are processed by third-party providers. We are not responsible for their security or policies.
9.8 Third-Party Service Fees – Purchases from third-party providers are subject to their terms.
9.9 Free Setup & Migration – Free site setup requires a one-year commitment. Early cancellations incur charges for the remaining term.
9.10 Debt Recovery – Missed payments may be subject to collection.
Online Giving
We are not responsible for third-party donation processing services or related losses.
10.1 Sub-Merchant Agreements – Users of payment processing via Kingdom Web Services must comply with Stripe’s Terms of Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Dispute Resolution
You agree to resolve disputes with us informally before pursuing legal action. Claims must be filed individually and not as class actions.
